We offer a 30-day return guarantee only for items that are defective or incorrect.
Returns or exchanges due to size, fit, colour preference, or change of mind are not accepted, as detailed size charts are available on every product page to help you choose the correct size before purchasing.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or refund, items must:
- Be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact
- Be confirmed as defective or incorrect
- Be approved in writing by our customer service team before being returned
We cannot accept returns for:
- Items that do not fit or incorrect size orders
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage caused by misuse
- Intimate apparel, swimwear, underwear, or items in direct contact with the body
- Sale or clearance items
How to Request a Return

Return Shipping
All returns must be sent exclusively to our Central International Warehouse.
Returns sent to our London headquarters or any other address will not be processed, as these locations are administrative offices only.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
In such cases, we will cover the cost of replacement.
All returns must be sent using a trackable shipping service.
We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or untraceable parcels.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected at our Central International Warehouse, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds are only issued for items confirmed as defective or incorrect.
Returns due to size, fit, colour, or preference are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or incorrect.
Exchanges for different sizes or colours are not available.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once processing has begun.
If you wish to cancel shortly after purchase, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order.
Once an order has been packed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
