After processing, delivery within the UK usually takes 6–9 business days.
In rare cases, delivery may take up to 20 days, depending on courier delays, customs clearance, or seasonal demand.

We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders, with no minimum spend required.

Delivery Terms & Conditions
We make every effort to meet estimated delivery timeframes; however, delays may occur due to holidays, weather conditions, customs checks, or other external factors beyond our control.
Ellie London is not responsible for incorrect delivery information provided by the customer, delays caused by the courier, or parcels held or delayed by customs authorities.
Orders marked as “Delivered” by the courier are considered successfully delivered. Ellie London is not liable for lost or stolen parcels after delivery confirmation.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once processing has begun, as they enter automatic preparation for dispatch.
Some orders may be shipped within 12–24 hours, making cancellation requests time-sensitive and not always possible.
Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled or refunded while in transit. If you decide not to keep the items, you may request a return once the parcel arrives, subject to our Refund Policy.
